As well as Jacob when he felt his end approaching, Moses blesses last time the tribes of Israel, according to similar but not identical formulae, by evoking of numerous times the end of time.
God allows Moses to perceive the diverse territories of the Promised Land down from the mount Nébo. Finally, Moses dies in a divine kiss, in an unknown place. Josué succeeds him. The Torah ends on the testimony that no prophet more got up in Israel which reached the level of Moses
