In this paracha, Moses places in front of Israel the blessing and the curse, according to their obedience or not in the laws of G.od.
He requires to the people not to listen to those who would want to incite them to the idolization. As son of G.od, they have to differ from peoples worship surrounding, in particular by their food.
They have to take the tithe from the harvest, help the poor people, free the slaves and finally, carry out the parties of pilgrimage.
