Moses asks the Torah to be read in all Israel gathered every seven years, during the party of Souccot. G.od predicts to Moses that the people will not stay for a long time in the straight and narrow, and tells him to get ready to leave this world.
However the Torah will not be forgotten, and it is thanks to it that the exile will come to an end. Moses is going to confide the text of the Torah to Cohanim and Levites, so that he is placed in the Ark of the Covenant.
