Moses begins its repetition of the Torah in front of the gathered children of Israel, redrawing the arisen events and evoking the laws received during the journey of forty years since Egypt to the Sinai and, from there, towards the Promised Land.
He reprimands the children Of Israel for their faults. In the 40th year after Exodus, Moses frees to the first person of the words of reproach to the children of Israel, reached the edge of the Promised Land.
He reminds them their fly-away behavior while G.od swamps them with benefactions, evokes the fault of the explorers, who had questioned the capacity of Israel to overcome the occupants of the country of Canaan, and the victory of the children of Israel on the kingdoms of Transjordan. He insists on the fact that G.od so offers them an already built country
