G.od ordered us several commands concerning the use of the Earth. The earth must be put lying fallow every seven years, and after the forty-ninth year, she must be left lying fallow one year furthermore, 50th year.
G.od promises to provide at the needs for the nation including in period of fallow, and nobody will be hungry.
